Introduction Video to the 20 minute workout routine
Are you ready to take control of your fitness?
It took about 2 months of consistent practice before Travis could do routines slightly easier than the one presented below, so if you are just starting out take this progression into consideration and allow ample time to develop your practice.
If you cannot make it through the whole video to begin with, no problem, simply pause the video take a breath and when you are ready continue.
A good starting point would be to do this routine 3 times a week, even maintaining this for a few months would see a great increase in energy levels, clarity of mind and general well being as the body and brains enjoys the new increased oxygen flow, as well as many other benefits. Pretty much everyone, at least superficially, knows exercise is good for us, the details allude on how are quite fascinating though.
Low on energy? Want to get in shape? Have a desire to help the world but lack the motivation/drive?
If the answer is yes to any of these questions and you do not currently have a consistent exercise routine, then the videos below will show you a routine that can get you in shape, boost your mind and invigorate your body. Travis from Open1 learnt via videos on YouTube. Needing a routine that was effective, gained results and could be done anywhere he self taught building up momentum over the years and now wishes to share his own routine that he has adapted and morphed into an personal practice that is an essential corner stone of nearly every morning of the week.
The key is getting started and building the routine into a habit. 3 times a week is an easy target to hit. Then once this has been achieved you can look to develop your practice further.
Listen to your body and always allow time for rest and stretching really is essential if you want to be able to build into the higher levels of physical fitness.
