Travis Cook has been practicing Meditation, Qi Gong and Yoga for over 12 years. Learn from a veteran practitioner and enjoy the benefits that come from a regular body/mind practice. Dedicated students will enjoy more energy, better clarity of mind, less anxiety, better stress management, better sleep, less illness and overall a higher quality of life.
For now there are videos that bring the different practices and modalities to you in bits and pieces. However, starting January next year, there will be an option for dedicated practitioners to take the next step in their journey and take advantage of daily quick power-boost live sessions, deeper longer sessions in the evenings and bonus special events on the weekend.
